Dear Friends,
Last week, we lost one of the world’s most valued treasures, Reverend Billy Graham. Billy Graham is without question, one of the most influential voices in the history of the world. He was an evangelist in its truest since, traveling all over the world preaching the gospel. His approach to preaching was often met with criticism because of its simplicity. But it was this simplicity that made it so powerful and effective.
Countless thousands of people have come to salvation in Christ through the ministry of Billy Graham. He has influenced thousands of pastors, preachers, evangelist and teachers of God’s word, setting an example of integrity and faithfulness, even in his passing.
Billy Graham never compromised the gospel message; that we are all sinners in need of savior and that that Savior is Jesus Christ. He preached about Heaven AND Hell, mercy AND grace, sin AND righteousness. He was unapologetic in his approach and unmoved by the trends of this world.
Even in death, his message still preaches as the news media speaks of his legacy. Billy Graham is truly a national treasure, but more than that…he was an EVANGELIST.
In honor of Rev. Graham, I would like to invite you to join us for a Night of Worship, as we reflect on his life and legacy.

REFLECTIONS
“Had it not been for the ministry of my good friend Dr. Billy Graham, my work in the civil rights movement would not have been as successful as it has been.” —Martin Luther King Jr.
“When I arrived at the airport, Mr. Graham himself was waiting for me. I expected to be chauffeured in a Rolls Royce or at least a Mercedes, but we got in his Oldsmobile and he drove it himself. I couldn’t believe he came to the airport driving his own car. When we approached his home, I thought he would live on a thousand-acre farm, and we drove up to this house made of logs. No mansion with crystal chandeliers and gold carpets, it was the kind of a house a man of God would live in. I look up to him.” —Muhammad Ali
“Billy Graham has been an inspiration in my life. It is my firm belief that no one can be president without a belief in God, without understanding the power of prayer, without faith. And Billy Graham helped me understand that. … I thank God for bringing Billy Graham into the lives of my family. He gave us great strength, and through him we better know God’s Son, Jesus Christ.” — Former U.S. President George H.W. Bush
