Glory to God!! It’s Worship Wednesday!
“But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you” – John 14:26
“But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness,
“If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.” – Galatians 5:25
God wants us to live a life that is pure, holy, and completely devoted to Him. We can accomplish this through incorporating the fruit of the Spirit into our lives. We cannot cultivate these fruit in our own efforts; rather, we are to trust and depend on the Holy Spirit to help us. We are vessels of His Spirit. The fruit of the Spirit is a result of God’s work in us. God gives us new life and a way to live that new life through the Holy Spirit who empowers us to do so. God’s Spirit can also give us insights that are not our own. Ask God to help you be sensitive to the work of the Spirit in your life. Remember that through Him, there are no limits.
Let this be your prayer today.
Heavenly Father, fill me up with Your Spirit. Produce in me, fruit that is pleasing and glorifying to You Lord. May Your Spirit lead and guide me. Let Your will for my life be manifested. Use me to accomplish Your purpose and as You see fit. I am available to You. Let Your light so shine through me. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
