Praise the Lord! It’s worship Wednesday

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come. 2 Corinthians 5:17 The world desperately seeks to capture our hearts. Every day we are bombarded with messages that we are only as good as what we own or what we do. Paul tells us, however, that we are a new creation in Christ. We are no longer slaves to the logic and passions of the world. We are a people who now desire differently, and we desire God because we are his children.

We have been set free, no chains are holding us.  Whom the Son sets free is free indeed!  We can do all things through Christ who strengthens us. Lord we freely choose You, to live for You, to serve You, to worship You, to give You all of the glory and to tell others about You. Have Your way Lord.  Let Your will be done in our lives.  You are our God and we are Your People!
